Training
CustomerImpact has developed a new generation of business and customer intelligence platforms and methodology that will give clients both tactical and strategic advantages.
We offer three types of training, all intended to help you maximize the value you receive from our solutions. Courses will be provided by experienced CustomerImpact consultants and, on occasion, thought leaders we work with. Training is available for individuals and groups.
Training Offerings
- Online training—we will set up times that are convenient for you and take you through the steps of the system
- On-site training—we will provide customized training at the location of your choice in North America and Europe and for groups up to 10
- Strategy Workshops—these courses are taught at our public workshops and are also available in North America and Europe for private presentations at your site. They cover a wide range of topics, including Best Practices in Customer Feedback programs, Best Practices in Dashboard Design, and Action Planning and Implementation
